After investigation, we will **exchange the product within 15 working days**. We will arrange pickup of the damaged product and ship the replacement after confirmation.
If the product is **out of stock**, we will **fully refund** your amount after receiving the returned item.
If you received a wrong product, email us within **48 hours of delivery**. We will arrange pickup of the wrong item and ship the correct product within **15 working days**.
If the correct product is unavailable, we will issue a **full refund** after return.
All refunds will be processed via **online transfer within 10 working days** from the date of approved request, subject to conditions above.
