Shipping Charges

• 🚚 Free shipping on orders above ₹500.
• For orders below ₹500, a shipping fee of ₹60 will apply.

Delivery Timeline

We aim to process and ship every order within 48 hours. Delivery usually takes 3–7 business days depending on your location in India.

However, deliveries may take longer during:

• Festivals & public holidays
• Courier delays
• Political disruptions
• Unforeseen circumstances

Order Updates

After placing your order, you will receive:

• 📧 An order confirmation email
• 📦 A shipping confirmation email with tracking details

Cancellation Policy

• You can cancel your order **before it is shipped**.
• Email your request to: support@nayra.com
• You may cancel full or partial order.
• Once packed, we cannot cancel the order.

Refund timeline (before shipment): Refund will be processed within 10 working days via online transfer.

If shipment is already dispatched: Refund will be processed only after the product is returned and verified at our warehouse.

Items showing signs of use, damage, or missing seal will not be eligible for refund.
